CASE STUDY - MERCEDES-BENZ VAN EXPERIENCE

BRIEF
Mercedes-Benz wanted to host a two week mini commercial vehicle show and driving event targeted at key account customers who could drive the latest models, experience a variety of operating scenarios and put them through their paces with different activity stations including a slip pad, skid control, off road track and time trial course.

SOLUTION
We provided all the infrastructure, managed the logistics and timetabling, supplied supporting event staff and catering at Mercedes-Benz Van Experience event at a central UK driving and vehicle testing centre.

We utilised our fleet of event trailers and structures to create each of the different activity hubs. This included the MP21 medium sized trailer which featured a kitchen area with refreshments and comfy sofa seating for people to cool off from the summer sun.

The larger MPR18 trailer at the skid control station housed a variety of mini activities including a 3D video screening, a reaction testing simulator and roof garden for people to relax in once they had completed the activity.

RESULTS
All guests were treated to a very personal and enjoyable day with presentations and refreshments ensuring the visit was inspirational and delivered a positive and long lasting impression of the client’s brand.
